·        Project: Customer designs are extracted as technical drawings using 2D software. The accuracy of these technical drawings is verified by the engineering team.

·        Corrugated Wall Manufacturing: Using our in-house corrugated wall machine, robotic welding machine, and spot welding equipment, corrugated walls are produced according to specified dimensions and requirements. The corrugated walls are crafted with precision from high-quality steel materials.

·        Welded Manufacturing: The parts of the tank are joined using high-quality welding techniques. The welding process is carried out with meticulous care to ensure safety and durability.

·        Testing: After production, each product undergoes pressure and leak tests. Our pressure testing machine and dark room enable rigorous leak detection checks to ensure product integrity.

·        Blasting & Painting: The tanks are sandblasted for surface cleaning and protection, then coated with durable paints to ensure long-lasting quality.

·        Quality Control: Throughout every stage of production, and after the product is completed, it undergoes mechanical and paint quality control processes. This guarantees that our customers receive high-quality products.

·        Packaging & Shipping: Before shipment, products are securely packaged and labeled. Regular shipping schedules ensure timely delivery to our customers.
